Such an easy recipe to follow. Tasty and the kids like them (once they try 'em - tho they like to help make them more...)
Many years after I got this recipe from my sister...I actually decided to make it. Naturally, I didn't have the card she wrote everything down on...so I made it from memory. Tastes pretty darn neato. (If I do say so myself)
Ingredients:
2 cans of white chicken (I usually use my home canned chicken, but we just moved...)
2 packages of cresent rolls
1 package of Philidelphia cooking cream (I use Italian Cheese and Herb - I don't use the whole package - just use enough)
Cheese - to desired taste
After mixing all the ingredients together, flatten the cresent roll triangles and scoop the filling on the wide part of the triangle. I sorta wrap it up like a diaper and pinch the sides to enclose the filling and make rolls.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. Eat of the yummy goodness!
